Arc Ojo was educated at Barewa College then Government College Zaria and at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria’s School of Engineering and Architecture. He graduated in 1973; 1977 and 1979. During the years after graduation, Engr. Ojo has had considerable experience in Design and Construction, as well as Construction Supervision of various Civil Engineering and Building Power Distribution schemes. He was the only Consultant member of the Adjudication Committee on Power Projects proposed by the Federal Government of Nigeria for the private development of power plants nationwide. Arc. Ojo speaks English, Hausa, a little French and some German.
Mrs. Adedeji is presently the Managing Director of Leadway Pensure PFA (LPPFA) and formerly an Executive Director also at LPPFA. She is currently Directors of MBC Insurance Brokers and MBC Securities Limited. She is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ACA) and a Fellow of Association Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (FCCA). Her work experience include years at ICON Limited (Merchant Bankers) and at MBC International Bank, where she rose to the position of Executive Director. Mrs. Adedeji’s expertise includes Financial Advisory Services, Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management, Credit Analysis & Structuring and Strategic Planning. She enjoys the game of squash and badminton.
Mr. Titilayo is a graduate of Electrical & Electronics Engineering and the Vice Chairman of SWAP Technologies & Telecomms Plc. He has over 20 years of experience in sectors as Engineering, Consulting, Banking & Telecommunication. He also has an MBA degree from IESE Business School, Barcelona and has attended several courses at Columbia Business School and Harvard Business School. He is on the Board of Nigerian American Chambers of Commerce and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Mr. Ogunlesi is a successful entrepreneur. He manages Sofisticat Limited and Skin Beauty Limited, a successful manufacturing outfit in Lagos and is Board Member of several other companies. He obtained his first degree from University of Lagos and has an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona. He has over 20 years of experience in Business management
Funso SOYOYE, a member of the Institute of Directors, is PEBNIC’s founder and CEO. He had developed exceptional skills inManufacturing Logistics,Finance and Organization Design through his senior management experiences as an expatriate with multinational companies like the Procter & Gamble Company and the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company in various countries of Africa, Middle East and Europe. Prior to Pebnic Ventures Limited, Funso provided leadership to a haulage company with over 200 haulage trucks in outsourced logistics services to some major corporations. Mr. Soyoye holds a Masters (M.Sc.)degree in Finance and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (CEP18), the IESE Business School, IMD, and Management Center Europe (MCE).

Bolaji BAMBE is PEBNIC’s Head of Technical Services with oversight responsibility for our Engineering Operations. An Engineering graduate with years of post qualification experiences, Mr. Bambe is a trained Automobile Engineer and has the Master Technician certification from Toyota Nigeria Limited. Prior to joining PEBNIC, Bolaji was an expatriate for 2 years in Namibia as Workshop Manager with St. MICHEAL’S AUTO SPARES & GARAGES and had worked in senior capacities at Fleet & Cosy as well as Global Haulage Resources Limited.
Ola OLAYINKA is the Head of Finance and Administration. She drives the company’s new project initiatives and corporate financial analysis. She holds a Masters degree from the University of Chester, UK and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Agriculture Abeokuta. Ola has experience in the Logistics and Service Delivery companies both within and outside Nigeria having worked with Marks and Spencer Money, UK, Haggai Savings & Loans and Global Haulage Resources Limited.
